Think before you send

This Christmas, you might want to think before you send.  Part of what we do involves analysing mobile phone records – it’s simply astonishing what we transcribe that people think they’ve well and truly deleted!

The fact is, it’s never really lost… and the lesson is, think before you send and perhaps don’t send it at all.
